Folder Operator – 1st Shift About the Role Operate, set up, and program folding equipment to produce accurate, high?quality parts. This role is hands?on and fast?paced, ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and keeping production running smoothly. What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications Set up, program, and operate folding machines Position and orient materials accurately Use precision measurement tools to verify quality Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety requirements What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of manufacturing or forming?equipment experience preferred Basic shop math and ability to perform metric conversions Familiarity with Schroder, Fasti, or Roper Whitney equipment a plus Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively Physical Requirements Stand/walk for most of shift Lift 20–50 lbs. regularly; occasional lifts to 65 lbs. Push/pull up to 25 lbs.
