Residential Mortgage Loan Processor at our Crystal Lake location.
Looking for 3 years of previous loan processing experience.
Mortgage Loan Processor Responsibilities:Review loan application
and prepare for underwritingReview and collect required
documentationSubmit file to underwritingSatisfy all conditions when
received from underwritingCommunicate with Borrowers, MLO,
attorneys and Realtors as needed.Qualifications:2 + years'
experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic Knowledge of
TRIDFHA, VA, USDA, Grant loans Home State Bank offers competitive
