• Process invoices daily
• Process credit/debit memos related to customer billings
• Process freight invoices in conjunction with billing of SC customers
• Process monthly transactions on Aptar netting station
• Process monthly closing procedures in SAP
• Verify proper coding and compliance with SC policy of travel and expense reports
• Preparation of month end reports and accruals
• Filing
• Provide backup to Accounts Payable Clerk position
• Assist department as needed in other projects and/or tasks Required QualificationsEducation
  • HS graduateRequirements:
    • Experience collecting for a manufacturing company
    • Recent SAP experience is required--
    • Knowledge of accounting and company procedures
    • Knowledge of debits/credits, journal entries, journals, disbursements
