Customer Service (CS) Support I position is responsible for
preserving and enhancing our customers' satisfaction. Assisting
customers via phone and email, the CS Support I position is
responsible for the timely resolution of customers' issues by
engaging other departments, researching orders, blocking, and
replacing cards and other actions. Using Service Level Agreements
(SLAs) and other measurements of success, individual support
personnel are part of a team of people ensuring every customer
issue is resolved quickly, discretely and with a positive, friendly
An important skill for this role is the ability to balance the
quality, quantity, and timeliness of responses to customers'
concerns. The workload can vary from day to day, and CS Support
team is expected to work together seamlessly to anticipate and
adapt as required.

- Demonstrated experience as a self-motivated member of a work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience using each of the following: MS Outlook,
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service, retail sales,
marketing, or related occupation
- Experience using NetSuite, various shipping, or Salesforce
Service Cloud software
- Data analysis, corrective action/preventive action
