Title: Mold MakerLocation: Crystal Lake, IL Night Shift: 7pm-7am Wed, Thurs, Fri and alternating SatHire Type: Direct hireTarget Starting Salary: $23-$31/hour Job Summary: Mold Makers maintain and troubleshoot injection molds, operate Toolroom machinery, revise and manufacture mold components and have responsibility for product quality and safety.Job Duties:

• Disassembles and reassembles injection molds to meet production schedules
• Operates basic Toolroom machinery safely (vertical mill, lathe, surface grinders, overhead crane, Dedtru etc.)
• Troubleshoots and solves mold problems
• Reads blueprints to manufacture or modify mold components to print
• Cleans molds and components
• Utilizes computer in daily job dutiesQualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of experience in tool making or mold repair
  • CNC experience preferred
