  The Fountains at Crystal Lake, is looking to add Extraordinary nurses to our team. Currently looking for two part time or full time LPN/RN's. Part time days and full time PM's open. Alzheimer's experience a plus but will train new nurses.

  • Graduate of approved License Practical Nurse program
  • Must possess a current license without restrictions
  • Proven Leader
  • Team Builder
  • Experienced Educator
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
  • Great communication skills
