  • TOP Workplace: Financial Institution/Service Job Summary: This position must possess the technical skills needed to underwrite, document and administer a sizable portion of midlevel and large commercial loans. Proficiency in business development is required as this position will be expected to actively solicit new loan relationships within the constraints of the Bank's loan policy. Generally, a candidate for this position will have functioned as a Commercial Lender for at least ten years, have both Real Estate and C & I knowledge and experience in SBA 7A and 504 products.Home State Bank offers competitive pay and a generous benefit package:
