Home State Bank has a Trust Operations Specialist opening in Crystal Lake, IL.Trust Operations SpecialistThe Trust Operations Specialist will primarily focus on administrative tasks pertaining to day-to-day administration of Trust Accounts. The Trust Operations Specialist will also quarterback certain operational tasks such as communicating with our back-office group IWS. The Trust Operations Specialist will spearhead the Trust tax tracking year-round. This position requires extreme diligence. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills as they will collaborate closely with clients, officers, and business partners daily.

• Process daily fund movements for settlement and monitor the ongoing cash receipts and disbursements.
• Process and balance daily reports with prior day's transactions. Account reconciliation; balancing, trades, and wires etc.
• Ensure data completeness and consistency.
• Respond to ad-hoc information requests, analyze, gather, and research information and develop reports in response to management and/or regulatory requests.
• Oversee tax return operations during tax season and tax-related operations year-round
• This position is also cross trained on one to two additional functions and can serve as support for other staff within the unit. This is a full -time position, and hours of workdays are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Daily Herald "2022 Best Places to Work in Illinois"
