This position is an opportunity to advance your financial service career with a highly-respected and secure organization.This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and works in a well-appointed office in Crystal Lake, IL (approximately 45 miles NW of downtown Chicago).Duties:Create investment proposalsAccount opening, service requests and ongoing maintenanceTrack and closely follow asset movementSupport the financial planning processKeep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actionsOther general administrative duties as assignedExperience:2+ years administrative experience (required)2+ years financial services experience (required)Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (desired)Proficient with investment trading systems and processesAdept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various softwareFamiliarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with superior time management skillsWorks well under pressure and meets established objectives and deadlinesTeam player with the ability to adapt to changeWorks collaboratively and independentlyTakes initiativeProficient in use of computers and technologyBenefits:MedicalSTD/LTDLife InsurancePaid Time Off/SickPaid HolidaysRetirement Plan w/matchBonus EligibleContinuing EducationSalary dependent upon qualifications.
