This role is crucial to the success of the program; all duties and responsibilities flow through the Site Lead, and the facility's perception of the program's success depends on this position. Professionalism, a proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills are essential.QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field plus 3 years' experience OR Associate's degree plus 5 years' experience.
• Proficient with applicable test equipment and tools.
• High self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as TJC, DNV, HFAP, CAP, NFPA, CMS, HIPAA.
• Strong leadership, team building, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose solutions.
• Good business skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and business ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations on operational and technical issues.
• Proficient in MS Office, clinical applications, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, read schematics, and blueprints.
• Technical certifications like A+, CBET, CCE, or CHTM are preferred.

The estimated total compensation range is $66,996.80 to $97,032, with the final offer based on experience, education, credentials, and other factors.
