driven Business Development Lead to join our Account Development
Sales Team. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth,
building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business
opportunities. The ideal candidate is exceptionally proactive, with
a proven track record in business development, excellent
communication skills, and a deep understanding of material handling
market trends and strategies. This position is ideal for someone
passionate about connecting with people, understanding client
needs, and driving revenue.Key Responsibilities - Identify and
develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls
within the assigned territory. - Coordinate and conduct multiple
in-person meetings per week with customers to drive revenue growth.
- Create, target, develop, and nurture key decision maker
relationships to bring in new opportunities. - Utilize a CRM tool
to manage pre-call planning, document post-meeting notes, and
execute follow-up actions. - Deliver educational product
presentations and demonstrations to inform customers about Alpine
Power System's product offerings. - Work in sync with the account
development team to address customer inquiries, provide effective
problem resolution, and ensure follow-through to meet their
needs.Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a growth mindset. -
Interest in both local and out of state travel (70%) - 2+ years of
experience in business development, sales, or a related field
(preferably material handling) - Hands on experience generating
leads through various channels and activities to create a robust,
consistent sales pipeline. - Proven track record of meeting or
exceeding revenue targets and establishing successful
partnerships.Skills - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation
skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. -
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:
