Responsible in driving Immunology market access marketing strategy
for HUMIRA, upa and risa across all payer channels (e.g.
Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA and Department of Corrections).
Lead contracting strategic alignment with Market Access field for
HUMIRA, upa and risa for assigned geography. Effectively
orchestrate communication and alignment across US Market Access
channel teams as well as serve as the subject matter expert for the
Immunology Integrated Brand Teams. Leverage data, analytics and
strong strategic mind-set in all aspects of running the marketing
component of the business. Provides positive leadership and
influences cultural alignment with US Market Access' Ambitious
Cultural Vision. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide overarching
leadership and direction for Marketing vision, strategies, plans
and resource investment for HUMIRA, upa and risa. Encompass a "One
AbbVie" mindset and perspective in all strategies. Set tone and
priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Influence and
persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders and
partners. Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy in
day-to-day leadership and management of the business. Uses coaching
effectively and efficiently to influence team and cross functional
partners. Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and
monitoring of projects by employing scenario planning,
segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development,
investment optimization as needed. Able to build a value
proposition by articulating the business strategy and economic
choices for each stakeholder. Vision and Strategy: Provide
overarching leadership and direction for Marketing vision,
strategies, plans and resource investment for franchise and/or
functional unit. Align and lead the charge. Encompass a "One
AbbVie" mindset and perspective in all strategies. Leadership: Set
tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability.
Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal
constituents (stakeholders and partners). Lead and develop direct,
indirect and cross-business team. Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and
Talent Philosophy in day-to-day leadership and management of the
business. Uses coaching effectively and efficiently to create
high-performing teams and elevate team's marketing skills and
knowledge. Action and Accountability: Determine appropriate action,
execution, tracking and monitoring of Marketing Plans by employing
marketing skills included the Mx2.0 framework. Market Awareness:
Maintain focus on and consistently triangulate market dynamics,
constituents' needs, and business priorities to determine best,
market-advantaged course of action. Strategic Impact: Formulate and
adjust business plans and actions to achieve business objectives
and goals, including financial, constituents and market results.
Grow and gain share and penetration. Take and recommend appropriate
strategic decisions and actions for the best interest of AbbVie,
franchise and brand at the varying life cycle stag es. Basic:
Bachelor's Degree required. Proven marketing experience required.
Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market
analytics valued. Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required.
Preferred: Market access and Immunology experience preferred but
not required. Level of the role will be determined based on
candidate experience level.
