OverviewThe Lead Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Analytics is a key
role for the Procurement function that will primarily support the
Strategic Sourcing Team across spend data analytics, category
strategies and related continuous improvement projects. This role
is a subject matter expert collaborating closely with Strategic
Sourcing team members and other Procurement analytics team members.
This role is responsible for leading and communicating a wide range
of analyses to help inform strategies to support crucial cost
savings, risk mitigation and supplier performance improvement for
Exact Sciences, among other objectives.Essential DutiesInclude but
are not limited to the following:
- Support Strategic Sourcing in developing strategies and making
key strategic decisions.
- Build, maintain and expertly communicate analysis, models, and
dashboards to support spend data analytics, category strategies,
sourcing events, process optimization, and performance management
processes.
- Support Strategic Sourcing and Procurement wide continuous
improvement programs through data analytics and reporting and
providing subject matter expert advisory.
- Support fact-based decision-making and measurement and
reporting of key strategic sourcing performance indicators, such as
cost savings and spend under active management.
- Track and analyze commodity, currency and economic data to
identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to spend
category strategies.
- Evaluate the economic and/or operational impact of new sourcing
events and projects.
- Effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership and
stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing.
- Foster and build collaborative, productive and proactive
business partnerships across Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and
other data analytics team members across the company.
- Perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, business intuition, and ability to
build consensus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to
operate in a matrixed cross-cultural and cross-functional
environment.
- Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous
situations and respond to new information or unexpected
circumstances.

- Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location,
may include overnight/weekend travel.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Math, Science,
Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant business experience.
- 3+ years of direct business analytics experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and
PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau or
Power BI.
- Experience with SAP and/or Coupa.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the
position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without
sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with simulation and/or AI-related software for
modeling.
- Experience with computer programming in R, SAS, Python, SQL, or
another language.
- Direct experience within laboratory, healthcare and/or
molecular diagnostics industries.
- Experience with application of statistical methods for data
analysis.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and statistical process
control.
- Working understanding of database design and data
modeling.#LI-KB1Salary Range:$109,000.00 - $174,000.00 The annual
base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison
on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible,
and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on
