Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Argus Technical Services,
you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities,
building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting
our range of staffing solutions. You will work independently to
identify potential clients, conduct meetings, and close sales while
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. ? Identify and
prospect new business opportunities through various channels,
including networking, cold calling, and referrals. ? Develop and
maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure
repeat business and customer loyalty. ? Collaborate with the
internal recruiting team to understand client needs and deliver
tailored staffing solutions that meet their requirements. ? Prepare
and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ? Stay
informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market
conditions to effectively position Argus Technical Services in the
marketplace. ? Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
client interactions, and pipeline management using our proprietary
database. ? Network by attending industry events, trade shows, and
networking functions to promote the company and expand your contact
base.
