This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives on building new business, closing deals, and delivering results. Youll work directly with property managers, building owners, schools, HOAs, and general contractors to estimate, sell, and manage painting projects that make a visible impact in the community. If youre a confident closer who enjoys a mix of prospecting, estimating, and client relationship management, this is your opportunity to join one of Chicagolands most trusted painting brands. What Youll Do Identify and develop new commercial painting opportunities across Chicagoland. Conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and present proposals. Negotiate and close profitable projects. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and general contractors. Represent CertaPro Painters at networking events and trade organizations. Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless customer experience and repeat business. Manage your pipeline through our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). What Youll Bring 37 years of outside sales, account management, or estimating experience (construction, coatings, or facility services preferred). A track record of generating and closing leads. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel.
