Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 12 years of experience in advertising sales,
digital marketing, consulting, or media. Experience in people
management. Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage
with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: Experience in
managing and developing sales teams to deliver results. Experience
influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving
results in agile environments. Experience in sales and operations
management, planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to
align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes. Knowledge
of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered
Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key performer landscape
across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to

Head of Industry you will lead and strengthen a sales team focused
on a small set of the world’s largest automotive advertisers.
Leadership entails inspiring the team with engaging goals for how
we can identify client business issues in order to deliver value to
our customers. You will run the day-to-day operations for the team
by setting goals and helping the team to clear roadblocks. You will
collaborate with fellow managers, partner with sales leadership to
set vertical-wide objectives, and build relationships across the
Google network. Actively engaged with clients and agencies, you
will build the business and develop a reputation for thought
leadership and industry change while demonstrating how Google
products can enhance and transform businesses. Google's Large
Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry
thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We
continuously challenge how customers think about their business and
how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players

more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique

for this full-time position is $202,000-$281,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

Account Executives, setting and communicating team priorities while
making decisions and supporting activities that align with Google’s
values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and
executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive
understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and
success metrics. Structure a joint strategy between Google and
clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to
collaborate on projects and drive client success. Plan for, and
achieve, growth goals through the presentation of Google
advertising products and solutions that will help clients to meet
