the legal industry with a passion for estate planning and wealth
transfer? We are looking for a full time Estate Planning & Wealth
Transfer Equity Partner to join our team. This is an exciting
opportunity to be part of a reputable legal firm, where you will be
tasked with providing strategic estate planning and wealth transfer
advice to our high-net-worth clients. You will be instrumental in
leading our team and driving the growth of our firm.
Responsibilities As an Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer Equity
Partner, your responsibilities will include: 1. Providing strategic
and comprehensive estate planning and wealth transfer advice to our
high-net-worth clients. 2. Developing comprehensive financial plans
that meet and exceed our clients' wealth management goals. 3.
Leading a team of legal professionals and fostering a collaborative
work environment. 4. Utilizing your expertise in Illinois law to
ensure the legality of financial transactions. 5. Building and
maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their
satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Identifying opportunities for business
growth and driving the strategic direction of our firm. 7. Staying
abreast of the latest developments in estate planning and wealth
transfer laws and regulations. Qualifications To be considered for
the Permanent Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer Equity Partner
position, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in estate planning
and wealth transfer. 2. Ideally would be a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP). 3. Must be a
member in good standing of the Illinois Bar. 4. Demonstrated
leadership skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
5. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wealth transfer, and
Illinois law. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset. 8. Demonstrated
ability to build and maintain strong relationships with
high-net-worth clients. 9. Proven track record of identifying and
capitalizing on business growth opportunities. If you are
